Under the International Girls in ICT Day event, the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society (MDES), National Broadcasting and Tellecommunciations Commission Thailand (NBTC), International Telecommunication Union (ITU) United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP) and Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) conducts capacity building programmes aimed at imparting digital skills in various thematic areas to young women and girls, in Thailand. One of the key thematic area under this program is on enhancing digital skills of woman entrepreneurs in the area of smart farming. This training is organized in collaboration with with support from partners including DTAC and CCKDM.
